Gabriel (the encaustic shellac burn version)

An earlier post re-imagined and re-imaged.

Ink transfer to birch plywood with three coats of encaustic wax and a final coat of amber shellac.

Shellac set on fire with a plumber's torch.

Being snowbound during the winter makes one do strange things. :)
